Can't get all the information in one line of text? We expanded our existing set of free fields with a new field: Textarea. Maybe you use our free field text and you are visually limited in the number of words allowed. We developed a solution for this problem with our new field textarea. Use all the space you need to add your job description or specific remarks.

Easily create collections in in the Timeline and Kanban view

As in the calendar and list view, it is now possible to add cards to a collection simply and quickly. A collection is a collection of cards that belong together. The cards have the same title, description and free fields. First select de collection (ball) and then create a new card.

Easily assign resources to your planning board(s)

You have the possibility to add resources in the configuration of every planning board. When you have added resources (employees, machines, means of transport) you can link them to your cards.

We have developed something smart that also makes it possible to link the resource to the planning boards from the design of the resource itself. Now you get insightful per resource to which resource he or she is added. All this without going through the planning boards. So handy.

Add comments to your time registration

With this release it's possible to add a comment to your time registration. For instance notice why you worked longer on the assignment than previously estimated. This way, all information is in one place and you know exactly what you can declare to the customer.
